Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time is the time needed to prepare and package your order and does not include shipping/transit time.

Standard Shipping: Estimated 8–10 business days after processing.

Express Shipping: Estimated 3–5 business days after processing.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Porch Kandy is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include photos of the packaging and damaged product so we can help resolve the issue.
